We offer assistance to low-income older adults in our service area on a first-come, first-serve basis, depending on the availability of our resources.
Am I Eligible?
To qualify for assistance, you must meet the following requirements:

Own & Occupy Your Home

Live Full-time in District 5*
-
Be 60 years of age or older

Earn 80% of the Average Media Income (AMI) or less per year

1 individual – $54,150
-
2 individuals – $61,850
-
3 individuals – $69,600
-
4 individuals – $77,300

What to Expect When You're Approved
Building Hope Together will work with you during every step of the application process.
If your application is approved, our team will schedule an intake and home assessment to discuss your needs and possible repairs.
Every project is different, and not all items will be approved for repairs.
